Public sector translations, including NHS leaflets, local authority brochures, appointment letters, assessments. Proofreading texts and producing summaries of texts in foreign languages (Polish, English or Russian). Conducting business correspondence in a foreign language.

In my work I aim at providing the highest standards of translation services, both in official situations requiring sworn (certified) translation, and everyday situations, where proper interpretation of the other party’s intentions or professional presentation of company’s profile are of paramount importance.
Reasons for communication may differ significantly and may have various forms – I try to respond to diverse needs of my clients. Sometimes they need a translation instantly just to get an idea what’s the general message of the text, at other times the choice of every word matters.
Documents for translation are normally sent in by e-mail to enable me to give a quote. Once the quote is approved by the client the work starts. As I am currently based in Poland (Warsaw area), I can also take up work in your local branch or office for an agreed amount of hours. I offer translations from English into Polish and from Polish into English, including certified “sworn” translations. I also offer translations from Russian. I am a degree qualified Russian translator with a hands-on experience gained during numerous visits to Russian-speaking countries and work with Russian partners.
I have worked as a freelance translator for over a decade now. I have an MA in linguistics and translation from both the Warsaw University in Poland and the Swansea University in Wales. I am also a Qualified Member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (MITI).
I am entered into the list of sworn translators kept by the Polish Minister of Justice under the licence number TP/84/16. A certified translation has the same legal force as the original and is recognized and accepted by official bodies such as courts, government authorities, organizations and institutions.
